No. 04/2010-Service Tax
New Delhi, the 27th February, 2010
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
93 of
the Finance Act, 1994 (32 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Finance
(Department of Revenue) No.33/2004-Service Tax, dated the 3rd December, 2004
published
in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i),
vide number G.S.R.
788 (E), dated the 3rd December, 2004 , namely:-
In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, for the words “eggs or
milk”, the words
“eggs, milk, food grains or pulses” shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall come into force on and from the date of its
publication in the
Gazette of India.
